Each rifle scope undergoes a series of rigorous tests, designed to simulate real-world conditions and ensure optimal performance under any circumstances. Parts Inspection

We employ VMS series image measuring instruments with an optical size resolution of 0.001mm and X/Y measurement accuracy of (3+L/200)um, ensuring unparalleled precision in component manufacturing. Our inspectors, with over 10 years of experience, meticulously examine fiber reticles under 20X microscopes and optical components with magnifying glasses for flawless quality.

Semi-finished Product Internal Function Testing

Experienced inspectors use collimated light tubes to conduct functional tests on assembled semi-finished products, guaranteeing the scopes' internal mechanisms perform to specification.

Finished Product Appearance Inspection

Our team rigorously examines the aesthetics of each finished product. With a decade of expertise, our inspectors ensure every scope's external finish meets our high standards.

Finished Product Performance Simulation

The scopes undergo a series of performance simulations, including high and low-temperature experiments set in a precisely controlled oven, to test their endurance under extreme conditions.

Impact Resistance Test

Scopes are tested for shock resistance with acceleration impacts ranging from 800g to 1500g, ensuring structural integrity.

Waterproof Testing

Our scopes undergo two levels of waterproof testing; one at 40cm depth at 52°C for 5 minutes and another at 100cm depth in room temperature water for 30 minutes, ensuring they withstand various aquatic conditions.

High and Low-Temperature Experiments

Scopes are subjected to high and low-temperature experiments, carefully controlled by our inspectors. This testing simulates extreme environmental conditions, ensuring the scopes' reliability and performance stability.
